Peatix, an event-ticketing platform, partnered with Mutant to raise their brand profile in Singapore. Being new to the market, the brand did not have much exposure or coverage in Singapore and wanted to become known as a key player in the market and the go-to brand for mobile event ticketing.
To get Peatix noticed and on the radar across Singapore, Mutant decided to conduct a survey to see what makes Singaporeans happy and how events integrate with this.
This involved developing a survey and disseminating it through the Peatix database. This was followed by data analysis, crafting media announcements with related graphics and pitching to a list of target media.
The survey was very well received and media were very keen to report on the outcomes. Over the past few years, there have been reports of Singaporeans being ‘under-happy’ at work, however from the results we received, it seems that events can provide an avenue for much-needed reprieve through meaningful experiences.
There was key media coverage in Asia One, Mumbrella, Marketing Magazine, Shin Min Daily, CEI and Human Resources Magazine to name a few, which was key in elevating Peatix’s profile.
