Brief/Objectives

Mutant worked with Lime House to drive awareness for the restaurant relaunch through a comprehensive PR and social strategy.

Mutant managed Lime House’s Facebook and Instagram profiles to maintain top-of-mind awareness through regular social media posts and content calendar creation. Mutant also helped Lime House set up relevant audiences on Facebook Business Manager for advertising purposes and promoted various initiatives such as Lime House’s reopening, Soul Vibes party, loyalty programme, and delivery launch.

Mutant also ran a customer giveaway to grow Lime House’s CRM database, and prepared monthly email newsletters to engage the restaurant’s customers.

• follower growth increased by 2.8x,
• daily total impressions increased by 33.3%,
• daily organic impressions increased by 59.3%,
• daily paid impressions increased by 23.9% and
• daily page engaged users increased by 35.2%.

Using paid campaigns to increase Lime House’s reach, Mutant was able to increase RSVPs to hit the restaurant’s full capacity on occasions like Valentine’s Day.

On the PR front, Mutant helped to elevate Lime House's positioning as the home to all things Caribbean with authentic bites, drinks and vibrant events, resulting in over 41 pieces of coverage (and counting!), comprising of reviews, drink and food features, event listings, and personality features.
